Sovereign Authority
Governance of Denendeh predating colonial frameworks by millennia. Authority that was never surrendered and has never been extinguished. The Nation maintains continuous sovereign standing in international law.
Crown Treaty Rights
Treaty 8 (1899) and Treaty 11 (1921) — Crown obligations establishing rights that have never been extinguished under domestic or international law. Under the Doctrine of Contra Proferentem, ambiguity must be interpreted in favor of the Diné.
Treaty-Anchored Custodial Authority
The DSSRT is aligned with the 1947 Paris Accord and the Trieste Framework, with treaty partners across multiple sovereign jurisdictions. Operating as a treaty-recognized entity within the international community of nations.

The DSSRT operates not in isolation but in formal treaty relationship with sovereign authorities recognized under international law — including a transitional governance regime whose sovereignty was established by post-war international treaty and never legally extinguished.
Free Territory of Trieste
Established by the 1947 Paris Peace Treaty, the Free Territory of Trieste's sovereignty was never legally extinguished — confirmed by UN and U.S. Congressional records. Provides the primary international treaty bridge for sovereign financial operations.
ECO-6 & ADCB
Treaty signatory to the DSSRT Framework. ECO-6 and the African Diaspora Central Bank coordinate sovereign capital operations across the African and diaspora corridors, providing the southern hemisphere alignment of the international structure.
The Ghana · Vanuatu Trade Bridge
The trade and diplomatic alignment between Vanuatu and Ghana extends the sovereign framework into the Pacific and West African corridors, paired with the ADCB structure for cross-jurisdictional capital movement under treaty law.
